About the Artwork:

Growing up along the sea side being attached to the ocean my whole life, when you leave home or haven't seen the ocean for some time you tend to get the sea calling. A calling someone connected to the ocean gets, a calling that doesn't leave your mind so easily.

About the Artist: 

Rehanni is a young Kuruma women who was born in Carnarvon and now lives and works on Yindjibarndi Country from the Ngurrawaana Community. She finds painting soul soothing and relaxing.. and enjoys using it as a creative way to share stories.
